AboutSatellite.com started off in the cable business under its original name, Jerome Robinson, Inc.  The quality of service was very poor with the cable company that we contracted for and the the cable company would not let us service our customers unless they waited 5-days which was unreasonable with our standards.  We decided to go with a winning TEAM, DirecTV and Dish Network.  Both of these companies allowed us to service our own customers and even do service calls within 1-hour.  When customers call us directly, We can service our customers Free of Charge! Every Dish Network and DirecTV dealer’s prices are fixed. The offers, the specials, almost everything is fixed. Notice I said almost everything. If they need a plumber, a realtor, a designer, a banker, a flooring specialist, I am quick to recommend. I spend the extra time to make sure that my customers have a great signal. I spend the extra time to make sure that all of my customers know how to fully utilize their new satellite system. My customers become my family, my friends, and all hold a nice sizable chunk of my heart. Sound crazy? Not really, just passionate about what I do. What I do is CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I’m good at it.
